Meet one of our dance instructors, Samantha Stacey! Raised in Murfreesboro, now a local Watertown resident.
Samantha always had interests in performing arts, and has never shied away from the spotlight of performing, performing in at least 5 productions in her church, before starting her formal dance training in 1998. Her main focuses in dance were ballet and tap, adding in hip hop and pointe in her later years. In 2003 she started student teaching a her local studio, teaching ballet, tap, and tumbling for ages 4-7, and continued teaching throughout her high school years.
Her previous roles include Little Red Riding Hood in the Sleeping Beauty ballet, and Step Sister in Cinderella.
She also performed in a halftime show for MTSU’s blue raiders ladies basketball in 2004, and Murfreesboros Christmas parade.
Samantha is thrilled to be able to bring her love of dance close to home, and share this amazing art form with her community!

Stephanie began dancing in 1998, and continued to her training at various studios in the Murfreesboro area until 2007. From 2007-2010 she pursued to further her dance in education and started attending classes at the school Nashville Ballet, where she was given many performance opportunities, including Gonzalo Espinoza‘s Halloween special at the schermerhorn with the Nashville Symphony, and Paul Vasterling’s the Nashville nutcracker for four years. she continued to further her training at dance theater of Tennessee, and AREA of Atlanta in 2011 and 2012. Her previous roles include Cinderella, Russian nesting doll, mouse, bonbon, and sugar court.
She has previous training in Cecchetti, and RAD, and Vaganova methods. Stephanie tries to stay active and continue learning by taking classes in the Murfreesboro area, as well as being involved with local community theater. Stephanie is so excited to have the opportunity to share her love of dancing with young dancers in the Watertown area!
